How to use the Google Keep collaboration feature

1- How to use Google Keep collaboration function:

To start collaborating with Google Keep, follow these steps:

1- Open a web browser and go to the desktop version of Google Keep, or download the Google Keep app for Android phone users on the Google Play Store and for iPhone users on the App Store.

2- Open Google Keep on the web or app, log in to your Google account, and write a new note that you want to use the collaboration feature on, or select an existing note if you have used Google Keep before.

3- Once you open the note you want to share, you will notice a person icon with a plus sign (+) next to it, click on it. If you’re using the app from your phone, you’ll find the (Collaborators) option in the set of options that appear after you click the three-dot menu button, next to it a human symbol and a plus sign.

4- After clicking on the add collaborator icon, a popup will appear, write the name of the person you want to collaborate with, or his email address. You can add multiple collaborators to a note.
